Terms of use

1. About the service

Worktube is an agent-based platform for work and recruiting, provided by Appit AS (company no. 933 898 210). These terms apply between you as a user and Appit AS.

By creating an account or using the service you accept the terms.

2. Account and login

You log in passwordless with a one-time link sent by email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You must be of legal age (18) or have guardian consent to use the service.

3. Pricing

• For candidates, Worktube is free.
• The recruiter agent for companies is free during a six-month launch campaign. After the campaign it costs 99 kr per month. You are notified in good time before any payment starts, and can cancel at any time.

Prices are stated excluding VAT where relevant. Payment is handled by Stripe.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for unlawful discrimination contrary to the Norwegian Working Environment Act ch. 13 or the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act,
• enter information about others without a lawful basis,
• attempt to de-anonymise candidates or circumvent security mechanisms,
• scrape, copy or resell data from the service, or
• misuse the agent for purposes it is not intended for.

5. AI is a tool

The agents in Worktube provide suggestions, summaries and assessments based on artificial intelligence. They can be wrong. The final decision is always made by a human. Worktube does not guarantee employment, an interview or a particular outcome, and salary estimates are advisory figures based on public statistics, not an offer.

6. Your data and rights

You own the content you enter. You grant Appit AS a limited licence to process the content to deliver the service. How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy. Processing on behalf of business customers is governed by the data processing agreement.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime, but deliver the service "as is" and cannot guarantee it is always error-free or available. We may update, change or temporarily disable features.

8. Limitation of liability

Appit AS is not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss or lost profit. Our total liability is limited to what you may have paid for the service in the last twelve months. Nothing in the terms limits liability that cannot be waived under Norwegian law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account on material breach of the terms. On termination your personal data is deleted in line with the privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update the terms and will notify you of material changes. The terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Bergen District Court as legal venue.
